Fixed steel lancet blade with flat ebony handle and sheath with relief decoration along the edges. Manufacturer's details stamped into metal 'J. FENTON & SONS SHEFFIELD', 'SHEFFIELD ENGLAND' and 'GOVERNMENT OF CANADA'. Dimensions given are for lancet only.
