Object Description

COLLYER's external pelvimeter with curved detachable arms and a central scale graduated in centimeters and inches [0-16 inches, 0-40cm]. Arm movement is adjusted by a large screw wing-nut. Supplier's name 'FISHER&BURPE LTD', manufacturer’s trademark [serpent entwined around a staff with crown (Rod of Asclepius)] and 'GERMANY' stamped into surface.
