Canvas folding case with pockets and inked outline for 33 surgical instruments. 10 instruments are remaining: 3x tissue forceps with catch and 2x3 teeth, tissue forceps with 2x3 teeth, 2x tenaculum forceps, director with aneurysm needle, blunt needle with loop handle, catheter, needle holder. 'Truppenbesteck Nr.121 Einsatz 2' [Troop Medical Instruments No.121] printed on top left flap.
