The label adhering to 3 sides of the bottle gives information on content and manufacturer's details, directions of use and warning: poison. On the bottle's base, in relief, is a D in a diamond shape with '2' and '3' either side, and '6242' beneath.

The head is approximately the same length as the body, there are holes to represent eyes, a mouth and ears/earrings. The face and neck are marked with short vertical lines [dermatological lesions]. Feet and arms are merely suggested with small protrusions.The base of the figure is uneven and chipped.

Inside, the wallet has 4 pockets on left side and 1 on right to hold the book. The pad contains sheets with perforated line separating the prescription part of the sheet and the case report section. On the back of the case report section is a diagram, in red, of the upper torso. Towards the back of the book is a pink sheet with manufacturers name and address to be used to order a prescription and case book pad refill and/or a blood test card.

The object consists of a detachable graduated arm and movable weight with a capacity up to 20 grains of powder or liquid, which slides into the back of a weighing pan which clips into the base of the case. Original box container missing.

At one end is the thumb ring which is attached to a long wire, sheathed in a flexible tube with a finger hold attachment. Attached to the other end are bristles, held in place by cord, which flange out when the wire is pulled, topped by a small circular sponge.

A strip of textile is attached to the top of the tube to which the collar attachment is tightened onto. 'CAMERON SUR--MOLD PAT.PEND.' in relief on obturator.
